Quality Grades
At
CustomChrome we offer three grades of workmanship so that you
may choose a grade that fits your needs, your project, and your
budget. Think of them as “good, “better”, and
“best”. We price them accordingly.
GOOD
Factory Quality: Our economy grade, a duplication
of factory finish. Look closely at original OEM chrome on an NOS
part, and you’ll see that it’s OK, but far from perfect
due to the limitations of mass production. We only recommend this
grade for specific situations.
BETTER
High Quality: Our most popular quality with much
more detail work and heavier plating deposits. This quality is
equal to most other platers' show chrome (their best), but at
CCP, it is our mid-level grade.
BEST
Show Chrome: Absolute perfection, for those that
demand the VERY best. We do not believe a better chrome plating
finish is possible by anyone, anywhere, at any price. |
